Diamond Mist Pre Made Alien Clapton Coils

Diamond Mist Pre Made Alien Clapton Coils are specially made for those who like to build their own set-ups on their RDA or RTA. Part of their BYO (Build Your Own) range, these top quality coils are produced by Diamond Mist in the UK.

Alien Clapton wire is produced by taking 3 strands of 28g Kanthal A1 wire side by side as a core, this is then wrapped with 32g Kanthal A1. This is where it gets interesting, the 32g wire is taken from a de-cored Clapton wire. After de-coring the 32g wire is then stretched, a bit like a phone cord stretches, this is what's used to wrap the core and produce the Alien Clapton Wire.

The resulting wire looks a bit like a guitar string, hence the name "Alien Clapton", this wire is then coiled to make the Diamond Mist Pre Made Alien Clapton Coils

These superb coils have a 3mm internal diameter and are supplied in a handy tub of 10 coils
