Diamond Mist Pre Made Staple Staggered Coils

Diamond Mist Pre Made Staple Staggered Coils are specially made for those who like to build their own set-ups on their RDA or RTA.

Part of their BYO (Build Your Own) range, these top quality coils are produced by Diamond Mist in the UK.

Firstly, the Staple Staggered wire is produced by taking 2 strands of 0.8 x 0.29mm Kanthal A1 ribbon wire side by side as a core, this is then Claptonised with 32g Kanthal A1. The resulting wire looks like a row of staples. This wire is then "book-ended" with 2 strands of 24g KA1 and then Stagger Claptonised with 32g KA1. Staggered Claptonising essentially leaves a 32g gap between the wraps. This wire is then coiled to make the Diamond Mist Pre Made Staple Staggered Coils.

These superb coils have a 3mm internal diameter and are supplied in a handy tub of 10 coils
